Trebarwith Strand

Trebarwith Strand, once the working port of Port William, is a dramatic cove near Tintagel where slate was once shipped from the surrounding cliffs. Today it is best known for its wide, sandy, dog-friendly beach that disappears at high tide, the striking view of Gull Rock, and the Prince William pub, which occupies buildings tied to the old slate trade.
